Duotone Audio recently commissioned me to compose an original score for Samsung’s new “Recommended by the Pros Campaign.” The campaign features creatives from across the globe speaking about how Samsung AI-enhanced devices improve their workflows. I composed a modern percussion-driven score for their collaboration with Korean Director Kim Seong-Hun. Check it out below, and visit the Samsung YouTube page to see the full series of this campaign.

Original Music by Devin Arne 0:28-1:44. Composed for Duotone Audio LTD.

I’m really proud to have written the score for Archaeologists in Teotihuacan on the Arizona PBS show Catalyst.  Catalyst is a science and technology program highlighting research at Arizona State University.  This episode focuses on the contributions of student researches as they map an ancient Mexican city, and gain insight into the culture of the Teotihuacan.

My score features flutes, marimba, and percussion paired with electronic textures.

Check out the episode here.

I had a great time working with director Mo Farmawy on his short film, “Ordinary World”. The film was created in  association with the MasrdotBokra Short Film Festival. Mo, the Festival’s artistic director, produced the film in under a week, following the same guidelines that the festivals submissions must follow.

Working with Mo we selected five of my compositions from my library that fit the fun and whimsical mood of the film.

The film follows a young superhero who’s job is taking over her personal life.

The film can be seen on Vimeo. Hope you enjoy!

Here is a recent example of my composition work for branded video content. Maureen Data is a great NYC based technology company. The video is featured on the ‘about’ page of their website and serves to introduce potential clients to Maureen Data systems work, philosophy and people.
